AC Direct Poor Customer Service

Placed an order for air conditioner on 24 November the website states delivery for Gauteng will take place between 2-7 working days, going on 5 working days now and my order is still set to “processing” wonder when I will receive my order?! I will probably have to wait even longer to get my installation done… Have called AC Direct and emailed as well was told they will follow up and get back to me no response yet… terrible customer service!!
