AC Direct Installation

On the 29/12/2021 I bought an aircon system from AC direct with installation kit and installation service , the airCON were delivered on the 6/01/2022, however till today the 19/01/2022 , almost 20 days latter I have not had luck in terms of my installation

When I spoke to the installation manager or agent , all he does it’s to promise me that he will have it sorted , but days keeps on piling up,, with no ACTION
