AC Direct - *********** and still no delivery

Before ordering, I rang AC Direct and confirmed that their supplier (Regency Security) had stock of alarm equipment. I therefore placed the order immediately on 28/11/2022. One week later (after several calls) I was informed that the supplier did not in fact have stock, and had to wait for a container to arrive and clear customs. AC Direct's ticket system is unreliable. They don't respond to requests (I do however receive read receipts). They obviously have bad / non-existent relationships with their suppliers, and give wrong/inaccurate timeframes/expectations. Almost 4 weeks later, I still have not received my order. I would suggest you try another online store - unless you're ok with getting the run around and not receiving your order delivered.
