AC Direct bad service

These guys have a great website but their service is shocking. I purchased 5 Samsung aircons for my home in June 2020. The workmanship of the installer I suspect is bad as of the 5 ,3 do not work well in the heat wave currently on. The response to my request for a service has been bad as all they want to do is make money from a service rather than fix the problem. So if it's service you need and after sales service stay clear of these guys...lots of excuses
