AC Direct Aircon Installation

The overall experience in the quote, ordering and delivery was very good. My problem pertains to the installation of the aircon, the installer they sent me was ill prepared, he did a subpar job with installing the aircon and was also planning to leave cables joined together only closed with black tape to be permanently in the sun. They only added a bit of trunking to the outside after we expressed great displeasure and worry regarding this. Except for this the agent also promised to return the following week to fix an issue he caused inside with the install and has not returned 3 weeks later. So it falls on me as the customer to fix the issues these people have caused. If you buy an aircon from AC Direct make sure to rather get your own installation experts as they send subpar and unprepared people
