ABSOLUTELY AVOID
Purchased unit online, on 3rd December, that was NOT listed as pre-order. Now zero feedback, impossible to contact on phone, don't answer emails and no idea when or if will ever receive the unit. Save yourself heart ache and tears. DO NOT BUY ONLINE from AC DIRECT.

However, what you do have control over is your website and communication.
The only reason I selected a oversized unit was because your website explicitly stated that this unit was not on "Pre-Order" versus the rest. Update your website.
There has been zero communication through the process that you would NOT meet your self imposed deadlines. If its a busy season, hire additional student staff to give feedback to customers. Provide options to cancel now that the objective of the purchase has been missed.
Extremely frustrated.
