Delivered as promised. They were the only company stocking a certain portable AC we were looking for so we were a bit skeptical. But Janita from sales department kept my wife in the loop as the sale progressed. I do notice there's a number of people here giving only a one star even though their problem has been promptly rectified. A bit unfair to AC Direct? Undoubtedly there are unsolved problems, but by giving a fair and just review and rating not only helps the company better their service, but us consumers benefit mostly also.
