Refund ****

I bought a thread tap from AC Crampton. Did NOT use it I phoned was told I could return it for a refund. I gave it to the salesman who went into the back area to call the manager. He came to the front telling me the tap had been used. I was going to walk out saying don't call me a ****. He called me back showing some dirt or something on the tap which with my poor eyesight , with my glasses on I told him I could not see. He then had the cheek to tell me if my attitude was better he would be more helpful. My solution is I walked out and told him to keep his money. In my opinion they wanted to give me a reduced refund. I would rather not take money from a little man who calls me a ****. I can assure you I intend to get hold of the shareholders and cc an e-mail to all the shareholders. What do I want from JP an unconditional apology in front of the front of house sales people, and to never set foot in the horrible place again. Oh and they can keep their R550 or R500 whichever it was they obviously need it a lot more than I do.
