Insurance policy

Last year an agent of AC Capital told me about Holard insurance they have. I was not aware she was uner AC Capital, she said it is Hollard insurance. I told her in February I got a new job I need Holard to deduct from my bank, she said she will bring a form which she never did. I went to Hollard and asked it myself ,I was shocked to be told I do not have a Hollard insurance. I was told it is an agency , Iw as upset for their dishonesty. The agent never gave me the form. I recieved and email telling me they will deduct in my bank since it bounced from my Persal. Yesterday I recieved a call thay says I owe 4 months which is a lie, they deducted last month I ha e an sms, why didn't they deduct in other months? I have screen shots of the agent and the emails they sent me.. I told the agent I do not want my premiums to increase but I recieved an email saing thwy have added R60. Please assiat
