Refund

My experience has been rather frustration, emational and very bad I had seek assistance for driving lessons due to personal issues I coud not cotinue, I paid a r1000 upfront and only did one lesson. I requested fr my refund because my learners had expired. The guy had been giving me run around and telling me hes busy. He ignored my calls, texts, watsapps. Few days ago he answered the call he said he was busy I should call after 11 am. As soon as I got the chance I call he ignored my calls, until I requesterd to speak to someone different. He told me he doesnt have my money he would not tell me I will get it I sent an email this morning and more watsapps hes response was rather negative he even quotated that ''i wont win this'' I have messages, email and watsapp as proof. Please assist me, he did not give me any binding contract to sign or any terms and conditions he only gave me a proof of payment. Thnx
