bad after service/service that was given was not what was asked for

<p>In April 2017 Collen and his team came to sand, stain and coat our wooden floors. We had asked him to stain our floors grey, the reason why we picked stain is because stain draws into you wood and then you coat it with a sealer. The product he app**** was more like a paint. Knowing we have 2 kids and have a lot of traffic going through the area he said he will put extra hardener on the floors. After 1 month our floors started peeling. Stain is not supposed to peel. I contacted collen and asked him for some left over product (which we paid for) and he said he will get back to me which he never did. I could have instead asked for a refund as i did not get what i had asked for. His before service was just as pathetic, he promises to be on site with his crew when the job is being done..in the 3 days they worked here he spent no more than 2 hours on site and with that he was sitting outside in his car..not actually supervising. His after service sucks even more as I am still waiting for his response and he doesnt seem to give a damn that i paid him thousands for a job that lasted a month. Not recommended at all.
