BEWARE OD ABSOLUTE SERVICES NOW CALLED ABSOLUTE WELLNESS 360 / AW360

This review reflects our experience working with Mpho Mampuru, associated with AW360 (Absolute Wellness 360), formerly operating as Absolute Services, based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.

Ms. Mampuru approached our company requesting the design and development of a website for her business. The website was successfully designed and delivered according to the agreed scope. However, after the project was completed, the remaining balance was not paid despite several reminders. The payment was only settled after the website had to be temporarily taken offline due to non-payment.

During the project, she also requested additional services, including uploading products to the website. These services normally carry an additional fee, which was clearly communicated. Despite this, she insisted that the work should be completed without payment, even though it was outside the original agreement.

Furthermore, training was provided to her son on how to manage and update the website, which was delivered in good faith but has not yet been paid for.

When we declined to provide further services without payment, we were later accused of wrongdoing, despite the fact that the additional requests were outside the agreed scope of work.

Our experience with Mpho Mampuru, associated with AW360 (Absolute Wellness 360), formerly Absolute Services, highlights the importance of having clear written agreements, defined project scope, and proper payment structures when providing professional services.
