Pathetic customer service

<p>I was looking to rent an apartment and came accross an adverti*****t from them. I phoned a lady, Daylene just before 12:00 and spoke to her about this rental. I asked her straight forward whether there was any interest in this apartment due to me looking for a place urgently and I can't afford wasting time . I asked for a viewing that afternoon, which she said was possible. We agreed on 16;15 and she told me to please sms her so that she can forward me the application and the address. As I am working, I sent a message to her in the following hour. She read my message and did not respond. I asked her at 14:00 whether the viewing was still in order since I have to leave work earlier to go to the viewing. Her response was "Hi we can view any time". I then asked for a third time, whether that time was still in order and to send the application. She did not respond to the time, but emailed me 3 other applications for other apartments, where the email is not even addressed to me, but a male. I send her a photo of the apartment to show her that is the apartment that we spoke about, I realised clearly she is confusing me with someone else. I asked again if the time was in order, where she responded she left the flat already, she will ask her collegue. I phoned her then and she said she was on her way to an evaluation and won't make it that time. She also stated that Judy would not be able to view it due to leaving work early and that Daylene had the keys on her. She asked me whether 8:00 the next morning would suit me and I agreed to it. 30 min before the viewing, she cancels the viewing, stating that they do not have the keys. I told her that she dropped me twice and that I arranged my time and work around the viewings, I told her to leave it and that I will review the company for the terrible service. Her response was that I only asked her late the afternoon and that "did you expect me to cancel my other viewings to rush yours". My response gave an factual explanation how I arranged the viewing, only to receive a response that I did not arrange a viewing before 12 and she was there and no one arrived (which is clearly not what I said in any of my messages). I tried to explain the confusion by stated that I phoned before 12, not asked for a viewing before 12, where she responded "look would you like to view the property" I responded "no thank you". I posted a review on their facebook page which stated unprofessional service and to please take in consideration other people's time since they arrange viewings arround there work. I posted screenshots of our messages so that people could see how she was talking to a client. A few hours later, I received a threat from her to stop posting this on social media and that she will hand me over to her attorney (which I only posted the one review). I stated that I am allowed to review a service. The facebook page have been deleted since and her response to me was "u have to get ur facts right". I am utterly shocked that is how the agents speak to their clients and the messages are there as proof. I would definitely not recommend anyone to deal with this company. It is very unorganized, unpersonal and unprofessional. As soon as I said I do not want to view the property anymore, I received attitude and threats to not review their service. </p>
