Absolute bad service

<p>I have rep**** to an advert about a property which they listed. I then missed the viewing due to it being scheduled at 9am. I worked night shift the day before. I then asked them to schedule for sometime in the afternoon, once again it was scheduled for 9am. I then asked them to send me the application form as clearly i wasnt being heard. I didnt received an response what so ever. 3 days later i phoned them ane Rulene advised me that the property had been taken that morning. No w i was very upset with them as due to their negligence i lost out on an apartment. About 1 week later i got an alert from property 24 and saw it was the same apartment being advertised for cheaper. I responded to the advert on the 14/07/2016 and to this day have not heard a word from them. I do not appreciate the absolute ******* service i am receiving from them.</p>
