Competent, Communicative & Efficient

The job they did was fixing a geyser that was no longer heating.

Very happy with the service I received on a Saturday afternoon & Sunday morning. They were communicative in the booking and arrival even though they were a little later than expected.

They efficiently diagnosed the problem, kept me up to speed with associated costs and did not do anything until I signed off on the work.

Unfortunately, they did not have all the parts on the day but came the next day as promised and completed the job. They only requested payment after the job was completed on the second day.

I was also impressed that they were able to take payment on the spot with a card machine. I preferred this to the lengthy emails and EFT process.

I felt the team was competent and professional. Happy to recommend them.
