Zero customer service
Terrible service! I purchased cat food online from them exactly a week ago and I have still not received it even though they promise delivery within 1-3 days. I appreciate that they don’t deliver themselves but they also don’t respond to customer emails. DSV couriers is just as useless and I’ll never be supporting Absolute Pets again.
