Your sloppiness is appalling. REFUND ME FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASE!

On Fri 29 Nov at 11:59, I placed an ONLINE ORDER. When querying non-delivery of my purchase, I was informed that DSV, the inept, useless courier company, had returned the purchase to the merchant. On Wednesday the 11/12/2024, I was assured by Absolute Pets that my order would be delivered by the 12/12/2024. Today is the 17/12/2024 - NO FEEDBACK; neither from DSV nor from Absolute Pets. REFUND ME!!! I do not have the patience nor the inclination to deal with your sloppiness. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! ARE WE CLEAR? I never want to deal with you again, ever.
