My first time buying at the Store I got introduced to the Pet Parent Card which I was interested in n I took it and did all the necessary application. Now I was told that I was gonna receive an email on my furry Baby’s Birthday that I should collect the gift at the store now it been 2 yrs of 2 Birthdays that has passed with NO email of the Gift. Please Let me know.
