Poor Communication and No Delivery

Extremely disappointed with the service received from Absolute Pets on my last order.

I placed an order on the 1st of December. The items were picked and packed on the 9th of December. The order was not delivered on the 12th (which was the promised date). I called the online store twice and waited hours for the agents to get back to me, which never happened.

The delivery system is ********** and the communication and professional is appalling. I will never support Absolute Pets again.
