Pathetic Online Shop and Delivery service

Probably the worst online delivery experience we have ever experienced. After ordering online from a shop that is no more then 2km away from our house the courier phoned to say that he can’t find our house. We then proceed to send him a pin over WhatsApp, he then said he will come as soon as he is finished resting. After waiting on the street for more than 30min with the courier being basically in the same street and phoning multiple times with rude responses we asked him to return the dogfood to the shop.

Worst is the parcel was then marked as delivered and signed for. Absolute pets customer care said that they can’t do anything about it and we need to get hold of the courier as it is a third party.

I am honest shock at this level of service n such a competitive market
