Online store refund battle

Bought products online. Three days later they tell me half the stuff I bought is out of stock, request a refund. I'm told it'll take 3-5 business days. Fine. It's eight business later, I still don't have my refund. When I enquired again the story changed to seven business days.

Do not buy from their online store, they are utterly useless. They owe me close to R1000 and just keep making up stories.
