Online Store | Lack of Service Delivery

I specifically purchased an Olly & Max Comfort Lounger online based on the dimensions as advertised on the Absolute Pets Online Store. 1500 x 900. On receipt of the item it was labelled XL however, 1150 x 900.

On bringing this to the attention of the Online Customer Service team, it was frustrating how many times I had to repeat myself to advise WHY I was not happy to which the agent responded, acknowledging the error in advertising cm vs mm - not taking into account the difference in the actual measurements.

This is not the first time I've had an issue with the Online Portal and am very reluctant to make use of their services going forward.
