Online Store and Customer Service

The online store advertises raw dog food as available for delivery across Gauteng and the Western Cape. However, it becomes apparent only after repeated follow-ups regarding the promised delivery that they are unable to deliver to all towns or cities within these provinces, despite advertising otherwise.

While the online team initially agreed to issue a refund due to their inability to fulfill the order, subsequent requests to follow up on the refund have gone unanswered.

The overall customer service experience has been highly disappointing. Based on this performance, I cannot recommend purchasing from this online store, as they fail to resolve issues effectively.
