My dog got hurt waiting due to groomer

REALLY TERRIBLE. I awarded one star as zero was not available.

I had to wait for more than half an hour for the groomer that never arrived on time for my appointment. The groomer was nowhere to be found. I had no alternative to walk two overly stimulated dogs around a busy shopping mall with cars and human traffic - getting them even more worked up. Because of anxiety my one dog hurt is ear on something leaving it bleeding with a subsequent vet visit. All because of poor staff performance and poor management.
