How NOT to treat loyal customers

Yesterday I received a voucher for R250 off Science Plan pet food, valid for only 7 days. This is a huge saving on a R900 bag of cat food. I emailed Absolute Pets asking them to please consider extending the valdity of special offers in future to accommodate customers who live considerable distances from town. No response.

Imagine my horror when today (the day after) I received a bulk email saying "We’ve had such a strong response to the Hill’s voucher promotion that we have reached the end of the promotion, earlier than anticipated. This promotion has now ended".

Nice one, Absolute Pets. The mind boggles. One customer less.
