Harm caused by incorrect information for over a year!!!

I am beyond disgusted with absolute pets. For over a year they have been incorrectly prescribing me my dogs tick flea and deworming. Only today when the guy at the Waterstone branch told me that you can’t purchase tick flea and deworming for 3 months did I know I had been incorrectly informed. My dogs have been without protection for over a year; my one dog is older and we’ve had to take her to the vet 4 times for excessive licking scratching and when asked by the vet if she was protected through tablets I said yes because that is what I was told. I am furious about the multiple staff members from multiple branches have never once told me a different story- I check every time I’m purchasing the correct tablet and every time I have been told I have been. Your staff are supposed to help me make the informed decision to protect my pets !!!!! Disgusted and furious about this, I’ve spent over R4000 on vet bills in the last year because of this!
