Great service

Was so impressed by the service I received. I just got a new kitten and amongst other things I ordered her a toy. When the delivery arrived they had included 2 toys as the one o ordered was unavailable. Also a personalized note to explain. The toy the sent is so great and my kitty is obsessed with it
