Great customer service from management

I went to one of the stores looking for a product, they did not have on the shelf, and the store representative was busy with receiving goods, rather than helping a customers.<br> <br> I lodged a complaint with head office and to my surprise was contacted within an hour of lodging the complaint.<br> <br> Eugene not only listened to the complaint, but made sure that by the next morning I had the product I was looking for.<br> <br> This is definitely fantastic customer service from the management team, and all I would like to say is keep up the great customer service you really made me feel like a valued customer after a bad experience with the store.<br> <br> There are many companies out there that could learn what customer service is from you guys.<br> <br> So keep up the fantastic customer service and look forward to still supporting your brand.
