Great customer service experience

I had an excellent experience returning some puppy shampoo. I bought the product at Absolute Pets and then found out a couple days later I needed sensitive skin shampoo from our vet. As the shampoo I previously bought was not open I wanted to return it but found I had lost the receipt. I emailed customer service and they managed to find the receipt in their system with my rewards card and when I went to the local Gardens store the receipt was printed out and waiting for me to return the item. I have always had great experiences in the Gardens store as well, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a really good pet store with wide selection of product.
