First time doing business with them. Online Customer Care - super friendly and efficient! Nikita and another very friendly gentleman assisted without any trouble! Ordered, perhaps too late, dog food and the collection store was out of stock, and the friendly staff at CC phoned around to allocate stock and organised to change collection. Hyde Park Corner - lady to whom I spoke, thank you!!!
