Dissatisfied

Placed order on 26th July 2024 - ONW117151 - informed to expect delivery between 29 and 31 July 2024. Still waiting with no feedback or updates from Absolute Pets. Absolute terrible service, e-mailed twice and called oonce. No reply on e-mails and no call back which was promissed. I will never use their online purchasing facility again as the service is **** poor.
