DISAPPOINTED IN ABSOLUTE PETS!

Absolute Pets Eden Meadows I have never had to deal with such a useless pet goomer, in all the years of having my dogs groomed. The phone is hardly ever answered when you call. The grooming itself was average, but then went down to one groomer, which took forever for 2 small dogs. The appointment times were more often than not, either incorrect or not diarised at all, on their side. Today we were called so they could cancel the arappointment at the last minute, because they had load shedding and could not reschedule the appointment for the next few weeks as they were fully booked. Having to complete all your details at each visit is also really not customer friendly. I will not be returning!
