Disappointed

I visited Absolutely Pets and left disappointed. After arriving shortly after opening, I found a sign saying they'd be back before 10:05 AM, even though the shop opened at 9:00 AM. I had to wait with no response when I tried calling. I eventually left, not willing to walk back to the shop.

This wasn’t the first issue I've had with them. Despite asking twice for specific stock to be ordered, I’ve never received a callback, even though these products sell out quickly. I usually order four items, but when I arrive, there’s either nothing available, or I leave with just one.

I'm not impressed with the service. Having more staff to avoid these inconveniences and better communication regarding stock would go a long way in retaining customers.
