BAD SERVICE, NO IDEA ON HOW TO CARE FOR ANIMALS.

Never have we ever experienced such pathetic service from a pet store/spa before. We took our 3 cats to the Absolute pets in Blaauwberg Road, Table View for a Wash and Groom and the results were horrific. We were told firstly that it includes a wash, and then blow dry as well as a brush out for our cats. It was also said that it may take 3 hours as there are 3 cats. I then get a call around 45 minutes later advising me that my cats are ready for collection and they were just a bit "damp" still as they did not like the blow dryer. I then went to collect them and to my horror, they were not "damp" they were still soaked in some areas and wet all around. When I questioned why they are still wet and that I was told they were only damp, i got told that I need to help hold them while they blow their hair. ***??? So we decided to bring our cats here as a treat and instead I could have done a better job if I had just washed them as I usually do. These are supposed to be professionals in the pet business and they could not do something basic for their profession????? ***?? Then to top it off, it appears like they werent even brushed at all as the moment I opened the carrier bushes and piles of hair was everywhere and all over them? But yet Its a wash and groom? It looks like our fur babies, were just dumped into a bath and then quickly towel dried, would explain the 45 minutes instead of hours? Honestly, this was supposed to be a good experienced by good brand and yet my cats seem to have had a bad experience, not to mention that they've been sneezing non-stop since they came home0
