BAD SERVICE

Hi, my name is Jonas. I am writing this email with a sad feeling when hearing the name Absolute Pets in Lyttelton Centurion. These guys are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen in pets shops business. The other day I visited one of their shop based in Lyttelton Centurion, on my arrival I was attended by a young African lady by the name of Nhlanhla, she was the most *********** person that I have ever seen in my entire life. she was so dramatic and shouting at me for just asking some questions regarding their method of payments if they allow EFT payments. she went all out to call me a stupid customer in the presence of her colleague and left me frustrated and unattended. she just walked out of the shop saying how can I come to the shop only to ask stupid questions.

People like Nhlahla are not supposed to be at the forefront serving the good people of this country who love their animals in the name of Absolute pets.
