********* and dishonest returns policy

I bought a cat harness on Sunday and the next day when I went to exchange it because it didn't fit my cat, they refused to exchange it for a bigger one because it was out of its packaging and they made it my problem that they couldn't re-sell it because of this reason. Hadn't even been used. The receipt only says 'refunds & exchanges within 21 days with proof of purchase', and nothing else. There was no disclaimer informing me beforehand that this was the case either. When other shops say that on their receipts, they actually mean it. This is highly *********. I saw it and I bought it thinking it would fit my cat and if not I could return it, like most items that people return because they don't fit - even if the packaging and labels have been pulled off. Almost all shops are willing to help you despite the loss of packaging, especially when it does not fit. Heaven forbid you don't know the EXACT dimensions and measurements of your pet down to the millimeter before you purchase anything from these people or you will lose your money and be stuck with a product you can't even use.
