Amazing service from Howick store

A big shout out to Nkosinathi from the Howick KZN store, who went way more than the extra mile on Friday afternoon to make sure I got my Hill's 25% discount offer when the voucher code Hill's had emailed me was rejected by the system. He made umpteen phonecalls and persisted until someone was able to assist with a correct code, knowing that I live far from Howick and would not be able to come back again. Instead of just saying sorry, I can't help you, you must take it up with Hill's, he did Absolute Pets proud. And thanks to all the patient customers who had to wait to be served as well!
