ABSOLUTE(LY) SHOCKING

I can be thankful that they put me onto Dotsure, but everything else about ordering online from Absolute Pets, is a ****** nightmare. I have never come across an online company that takes so long to send an order - often between 10-14 days. Their courier of choice is no better, with your parcel onboard the delivery vehicle and then taken off. Then loaded, then offloaded. This can continue for a week, if you don't fetch your order from the courier yourself. The latest is a piddly order of dried sausage - where half the bags smell like rotten fish. I have sent an email - with radio silence. Oh, they were kind enough to send me another marketing email today, but no word on my rotten dog treats. I order from ePetstore, Canine & Co and Absolute Pets every month. The other two companies are stellar! Updates on shipping, updates on your order all the way. Pity AP couldn't give a toss about their customers. I'm finally done. This was my Absolute last order.
