Absolutely can't do online orders

I ordered items on 28 November. By 18 December they still had not arrived. Online ordering should be easier, not harder, than shopping in-store. Do not order from Absolute Pets -- they are an example of a company that is trying and failing at online. Having to call 5 times to see what is happening with your delivery is ridiculous.
