Absolute Pets Online Service

I used to order from Absolute Pets Online where I had place recurring orders earlier this year. I would make payment and payment would never get allocated until I asked by calling in or email numerous times. This became quite frustrating so I cancelled the recurring orders.. I decided to try it again and the last 2 months were just a recurrence of the same experience. I paid for my order on the 18th, today is the 25th and I still have not received my order. An absolute waste of time. Very disappointed with their lack of execution.
