Absolute Pets George

Bought a dog cape at Knysna. Lady was very kind and said we could exchange it if to small. Unfortunately she did not have stock of the larger size we required and phoned Absolute Pets in George to confirm if they had the size. Which they did. So I drove all the way from Knysna to George to be informed by a clerk that they cannot exchange Knysna stock at George. WHY THEN PHONE IN ADVANCE AND HAVE ME WASTE TIME AND FUEL. Still have the too small cape. Money down te drain!!!
