Absolute Pets Ferndale on Republic: Absolutely Rude and Belittling

I was in the Ferndale on Republic Absolute Pets shop now to enquire about a product which does not work. I was questioned about its application etc., but the attitude of the lady was that I was at fault, she grilled me on the name of another product and when I could not remember its name, but saw it behind her on the shelf, the attitude became even worse. Like I was lying. I asked to see the expiry date of the product and it was not well received. She showed it to me, then ignored me flat to speak to another customer.The attitude I got was "I'm done with you." I do not appreciate the way I was treated: I've supported your store for a long time, no trouble, but today's treatment was arrogant and belittling. Does Absolute Pets Ferndale on Republic only treat customers well when there are no issues with the stuff we buy there? It would certainly appear that way!
