Absolute Pets Douglasdale Village Parlor - Absolute disgrace

Absolute Pets Douglasdale Village Parlour divison is the worst service I have ever received, from booking online and not being actually scheduled in their calendar to absolute incompetency. I drove for over an hour to have 2 cats groomed. There was absolutely no way I would leave my animals with the people who supposedly were going to groom them. They had definitely not been trained, were absolutely *********** and had an attitude to boot. Not only was I unsatisfied but the lady before me actually stayed to groom her animal herself as she did not trust the staff onhand. I immediately left, completely dissappointed and totally annoyed. I would not recommend their parlor service to anybody that loves your animals. An absolute disgrace!!
