Absolute Pets - Absolute Disaster in Customer Service

I bought a large bed for my two puppies in Septemper and within a month the zip was damaged and open - which resulted with the dogs playing with the fluff from the inside. I enquired as the zip was faulty, I was assisted by the sales person at Mall of the South to send the pictures. To date, they are quiet and the poor lady has tried but there’s little that she can do. The bed was R1k, I don’t recommend this store. Their customer service is an absolute fail.
