Absolute Pets - Absolute ****!
Placed order on 4th July 2024 - ONW114967 - informed to expect delivery by 11 July 2024. Still waiting with no feedback or updates from Absolute Pets. Absolute **** service, also disingenuous customer service!

I trust you’re well, We’d like to extremely apologise for delaying your order, Reason being, we had ran out of stock of the N&D product, However, we placed an order with our supplier last week and we are still waiting for them to deliver to us, Due to our warehouse relocation they’ll be delayed till Monday the 15th, Is it okey if we send stock from our Cape town branch, which will then arrive on Monday, We’ve been trying your cell this morning, unfortunately no one is there to pick it up, Kindly looking forward to your response, Once again, we extremely apologise,..."
