Absolute No Customer Service

I have ordered several times online with Absolute Pets & each time has been an absolute disaster with absolute no customer service. From items being out of stock to battling to get refunds of said out of stock items, plus no communication on delivery & absolutely no communication when delivery will happen. I have had not one order where I have not had to escalate the issue. Even that doesn't help as Absolute management style is absolute ignoring of queries. No communication, no stock management, no delivery, no customer service. Absolute, you are an absolute failure on customer service. What are you going to do better with your online offline so you can offer actual customer service?
