ABSOLUTE INEFFECIENCY RATHER THAN PETS

Follow up on my previous review.... Tomorrow it will be a MONTH since I have been trying to get a refund from ABSOLUTE PETS ONLINE!!!!!!!!! with ZERO success..

After multiple phone calls, emails (too many to even try and list here ongoing since 29/07/2024!!!!!!!!), and a promise of a refund to be reflected in my bank account on MONDAY 26/08/2024 I was told upon enquiring on MONDAY 26/08/2024, after now deposit was reflected in my account, that there was a " PROBLEM WITH THEIR REFUND SYSTEM" the oldest ****** excuse in the book for when you haven't done your job!!!!! or as promised!!!

APPARENTLY, this was seen to yesterday and would appear today!!!!! "the sound of crickets....again".......

I am still awaiting my refund!!!!!!!
