Dysfunctional gutter replacement and incomplete work.

I had my all gutters replaced by Absolute Waterproofing in September 2019 and they advertise in "Homemakers" that they have a 10 year guarantee. The work was never fully completed, despite my payment in full and when I asked for a statement/invoice on providing my full payment by EFT I was ignored. The work was never fully completed and almost every gutter section either has the fall away from the downpipe (causing some flooding) or drops water between the facia board and the gutter. I have repeatedly e-mailed Absolute Waterproofing, most recently last week and WhatsApped the Owner, Hendrew this morning and find I am continuously ignored. I just want my gutters completed and to work correctly. I like to give my business to small businesses, but, based on this experience I can never recommend this business.
