HPCSA delayed correspondence leads to re-write the exams even though not DR Farheen Dalvi mistake

Dr Farheen Dalvi is being following up with HPCSA since last 4.5 yrs for return to internship. HPCSA delayed the whole matter through their side - give this department and that department. Dr Farheen Dalvi being calling and emailing every week - HPCSA were not taking any initiative. Now why because of HPCSA delays for communication, now they say DR Farheen Dalvi must write a board exam for HPSCA delays. It's completely ********* and a doctor to be punished for not DR Farheen Dalvi mistake. If push comes to shout we will produce we will produce all the correspondence since day one, but one cannot someone like this. It's not fair HPCSA pushing every year and now telling at critical time to re-write. It's sad and heart breaking for DR Farheen Dalvi. We can give all documents as proof for further inquiries. Please help in this matter at urgency.
