Am I not welcome at Absolute Farenden Apartments?

On 6 January, I booked 6 nights accommodation at Absolute Farenden Apartments in Pretoria. I will be travelling to Pretoria from the Netherlands for a holiday. My credit card details were taken and I was told by a woman called Marie that she could only promise me the room once a 50% deposit was taken. To date, after three phone calls and three emails, she has yet to process my request. The initial reason for not processing my booking was that they were offline. Then on the second occasion, she told me to email her my credit card details and asked for my CVV code. What kind of business are you running? You have all my credit card details yet you don't want to process my booking. What message are you sending? Am I not welcome at your establishment? Is it my surname or the colour of my skin? I know Pretoria is filled with verkrampte types but this is amazing. If you do not want me to stay at your establishment, just say so and then I will cancel my booking. Wow, this is Pretoria in 2016. God help us all.
